In Flow with Natalie
In Flow with Natalie (formerly, The Finding Sessions) is my space to share reflections on life, creativity, and presence.
After leaving a busy professional career, I’m now embracing movement, photography, art, and yoga—both as a teacher and a student—as ways to connect more deeply with myself and the world around me.
When I began this podcast, I felt that learning more about myself was like a search for answers ('finding myself')... and wanted to share the journey, but I have come to realize that most of my discoveries have come from taking time (and space) to get to know myself more. I came to realize that most of my discoveries happened when I stopped searching quite so hard, and simply gave myself space to reflect.
Allowing space - finding 'flow', has helped me to make a little more room for life to unfold, and in doing so, I've come to discover far more about myself.
Through personal stories and guided meditations, I hope to offer moments of calm, inspiration, and self-discovery. And ultimately, I hope it offers a few soft moments for you to reflect, maybe feel something that resonates, and perhaps even encourages you to explore something new in your own life.
You can also find my photography and messages of positivity on Instagram @inflowwithnatalie.
My wish for you, always, is to live in positivity, health, and harmony.

#56 Living in Intensity? It might be time for a breather!
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Are you the kind of person who often finds yourself doing everything with intensity? Maybe you describe it as something you’re passionate about, or you’re simply trying to prove yourself, or you just approach everything with such a level of drive that you can get caught up in it completely unaware of how close you are to it?
In this episode, I reflect on how all of us may find ourselves caught up in the intensity of something without even being aware of it, from time to time. Sometimes we don’t even notice it because we’re too close to it. I share my reflections on how sometimes that intensity becomes noise - and we really need to take a break from it. With a proper breather, we can gain perspective and return either refreshed, or realize that we were on the wrong path.
This episode offers you a few short moments to reflect on your own life, and maybe to think about whether it might be time for you to take a breather. I hope you enjoy it.
