In Flow with Natalie
In Flow with Natalie (formerly, The Finding Sessions) is my space to share reflections on life, creativity, and presence.
After leaving a busy professional career, I’m now embracing movement, photography, art, and yoga—both as a teacher and a student—as ways to connect more deeply with myself and the world around me.
When I began this podcast, I felt that learning more about myself was like a search for answers ('finding myself')... and wanted to share the journey, but I have come to realize that most of my discoveries have come from taking time (and space) to get to know myself more. I came to realize that most of my discoveries happened when I stopped searching quite so hard, and simply gave myself space to reflect.
Allowing space - finding 'flow', has helped me to make a little more room for life to unfold, and in doing so, I've come to discover far more about myself.
Through personal stories and guided meditations, I hope to offer moments of calm, inspiration, and self-discovery. And ultimately, I hope it offers a few soft moments for you to reflect, maybe feel something that resonates, and perhaps even encourages you to explore something new in your own life.

My wish for you, always, is to live in positivity, health, and harmony.

#53 Finding Calm During Uncertainty — A Reflection and Guided Meditation
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In moments of uncertainty, our minds can race and our body can forget it’s safe. We can go into reaction mode, which can have a significant effect on our body and our nervous system.
In this episode, I reflect on the importance of allowing our nervous system to feel safe when we receive sudden news or experience an event that could send us into overdrive. This episode is followed by a short guided meditation to calm the nervous system. I hope you enjoy it.
