The Finding Sessions is my space to share reflections on life, creativity, and presence. After leaving a busy professional career, I’m now embracing movement, photography, art, and yoga—both as a teacher and a student—as ways to connect more deeply with myself and the world around me.
Through personal stories and guided meditations, I hope to offer moments of calm, inspiration, and self-discovery.

#40 - Welcome the Day (Meditation)
You start the morning every day with first breath as you awaken. Instead of jumping up, and mindlessly moving into the busy day ahead, there is value in taking a few short moments to welcome the day - for YOU! This short, guided meditation is about taking those first few moments of your new day for yourself! ...New breath, releasing the old, resetting, being open to the day ahead, and finding a sense of awareness for you - in how you feel, and to approach each moment with curiosity.
Give it a try, and see how this start to a new day may help you stay aware of what is really here for you every day - YOUR breath, YOUR essence, YOU!
